I am a Senior designer at Perfected Claims. Perfected is a legal services agency that partners with law firms in the mass torts space to deliver end-to-end (360°) campaign design. We shape our clients' voices and stories across websites, social media, events, email, and client platforms (Built by our team/tech team!). In my role, I focus on crafting compelling visual narratives while strengthening the systems and processes that allow our creative team to remain high-performing, sustainable, and scalable.

I previously focused on branding design as well as digital design with the goal of creating a consistent experience across all platforms for multiple in-house food& beverage brands at Hudson Market, one of VI Group's brands. I’m also part of Hearts and Bones Rescue, an animal rescue organization, as a designer in the teams to develop various materials for adoption. 7 years of experience allows me to have strong visualization skills to achieve business goals and maintain design guidelines.

Having studied abroad in Spain and the US from my home country of South Korea, I’ve developed a unique perspective that drives my passion to create a human-centered design for useful and intuitive design solutions for all types of audiences, anywhere.
